THE WEBSITE AND PURCHASE PROCESS
The Website is intended for processing requests in favor of users that wish to file a request for ESTA approval. The user shall be requested to fill in certain documents and provide certain documents and data that will be processed and analyzed by us, and filled to the US authorities. It should be emphasized that we do not represent or operate on behalf of any Embassy and that filling out the forms can be done independently without our help on the official website of the United States Embassy and the purpose of this Web site is to facilitate the process of obtaining an ESTA certificate and the service involves an additional fee.
As a condition for the use of the services of Website, You will be asked to provide certain information concerning You, such as full name, email address, telephone number, Passport number, home address, date of birth. Any information that You will disclose, shall be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The use of the Website is not intended for minors under the age of 18 or to any users suspended or removed by us from any reason, and such users are prohibited from using the Website and/or providing any information related to them. Therefore, a request intended for minors under the age of 18, must be made by their parents or legal guardians.
You undertake that all information that is provided by You to us as part of providing the services, is true and accurate. Any adverse result due to inaccurate or not up-to-date Account information, shall be at your sole responsibility and WE shall not bear any liability in connection therewith.
You also undertake that you are entitled and legally authorized to pay with any submitted credit or debit card that will be used by you for payment.
If you do not complete all of the required information, which must be satisfactory to us at our sole discretion, WE may not provide the Services.
We may require that you add additional details, provide additional credentials or identification papers, reproduce new copies of identification papers, or make any other demand in order to fulfill any requirements and standards, and your compliance with such request is a condition precedent for the provision of the Services.
You hereby represent and warrant that You shall not: (i) use a false identity or false information, or on behalf of someone that is not yourself; (ii) use the Services, if you are banned under any applicable law or regulation, by this Agreement or by us, from using the Service; (iii) Use the Website for commercial purposes other than for the utilization of the Services; (iv) engage in any illegal conduct.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR REQUEST WILL BE APPROVED BY THE US AUTHORITIES.
ANY FURTHER REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS MATERIALS OR OTHER INFORMATION AND/OR REJECT OF YOUR REQUEST SHALL BE SOLELY DEPEND UPON THE US AUTHORITIES AND REGULATIONS.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY OPINION OR ESTIMATION WITH RESPECT TO YOUR CHANCES TO RECEIVE ESTA.
WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE US AUTHORITIES.
Each person of any age who wishes to enter the United States using ESTA must complete a separate form.
In consideration of the Services, WE shall be entitled to the fees indicated in the Website next to the definition of the Service required.
In case of rejection of request by the US Authorities not as a result of missing or inaccurate data, we shall credit you with the full amount paid to us (not including fees and payments to third parties). Any new submission request shall be paid as a new request.
When you choose to file an ESTA request, you shall be required to press the ”Apply For ESTA” button. Then you shall fill in the forms attached and shall follow our instructions. At the end of the process you shall complete the payment and press the ”Submit” button for submitting the form to us. You will not be able to submit unless you have provided all of the mandatory information. You shall receive a reply email. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the form.
Your request will be handled within one business day from submission (Business days are considered – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, excluding holidays.). We can not guarantee the time of reply or approval by the US Authorities. In case that you wish to follow up the status of your request you may do so by sending an email to usaestacenter@gmail.com, the email should include your full name and passport number upon which the application was submitted. In case you have failed to fill in all of the details fully and accurately, we may not file you request until we have the full information required.
WE reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to decide not to process your request without the need for cause or prior notice.
Our Processing Service is considered delivered to you when submitted via email.
IN CASE OF ANY MISTAKE MADE BY YOU IN FILLING OUT ANY OF THE FORMS SUBMITTED BY YOU, YOU HEREBY GRANT US THE RIGHT, BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO AMEND SUCH MISTAKE.
Termination and Refund: Upon submitting the form and approving these Terms, it is assumed that you have confirmed us to begin the processing of your application and provide our service.
Please note that following submission of your request, You may not be able to cancel the submission or receive any refund If we have already begun to process your request, unless we have confirmed in writing that we have agreed to do so, following receipt of a detailed request by you explaining the reason for cancellation. In case of termination by Us or refuse to provide the Services, WE shall refund you in full.
You hereby waive any and all claims against US with respect to or in connection with the termination.

YOU FURTHER AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ANY REQUIREMENT MADE BY THE US AUTHORITIES WITH RESPECT THERETO.
AN ESTA TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION ONLY ENTITLES YOU TO BOARD AN AIRCRAFT OR TRAVEL TO THE UNITED STATES, HOWEVER, THE FINAL DECISION ON ENTRY INTO THE UNITED STATES WILL BE MADE BY THE US CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION (CBP) AT THE POINT OF ENTRY. WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU ARE REFUSED TO ENTER INTO THE FLIGHT OR INTO ANY COUNTRY DUE TO FAILURE ON YOUR PART TO CARRY THE CORRECT PASSPORT, VISA OR OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY ANY AIRLINE, AUTHORITY OR COUNTRY, AND THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE BORNE BY YOU.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU. WE WILL MAKE ALL EFFORTS TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT APPROVAL IN THE SPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold US harmless from any and all claims, losses , costs , liabilities, and damages (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary, indirect damages and reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert fees’ and other reasonable costs of litigation) incurred to US as a result of, or in connection with, or in any manner related to a third party claim brought against US, based on any of Your acts or omissions. including without limitation, your failure to comply with these Terms or any breach of the representations and warranties made by you herein.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You may not transfer or assign any of your rights and obligations under these Terms, and any attempt to do so will be null and void. These Terms together with the Website Privacy Policy, shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between US and You concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understanding of the parties with respect thereto; The failure of US to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
